Here is a recent example of federal agencies and supposed officialdom painting all freedom oriented people with a broad brush of "militia" demonization.

M.I.A.C Report

You all know my background, and my promotion of law and order, especially the rule of law rather than the rule by men. You also know that I don't advocate anything unlawful and that my main concern with safety is to get everyone to obey the law, especially the supreme law of the land in the US and Montana constitutions.

You also know how the local sheriff has denied a concealed carry permit based on what he calls "past criminal history" and "connections with anti-government groups".

I wonder if he is getting his information from the following documents, and if he is, what others of you he is trying to target. I have been to the website of the MIAC group that published this document. They are a tool of the same propaganda machine that demonized the word militia back in the 90's. They are expert propagandists who paint everyone with a broad brush and demonize everyone who loves freedom and liberty.

Right now they are scared to death, because all freedom loving and law abiding people especially in the west are buying guns, ammo, bullets, powder and all related equipment like there will never be any more made.

They are trying to twist the mind of law enforcement personnel into believing that the freedom movement is criminal, when exactly the opposite is true. The real criminals are in government. They are showing that to be true every day.

Consider what is going on in Washington right now. The wholesale selling of our country down the river by fraud and deception under the color of law.

Please read the following, and remember that you heard it first from me. I have nothing to hide.

I was released and all charges dropped back in 1995 because I had done nothing wrong and had nothing to hide then either.

Remember that liars have to tell 95% truth, in order to get their 5% lie believed. If you want to test this theory, just try to put some effort into finding out if there were any convictions from all the incidents that are cited in their propaganda.

You will find that most of those incidents had nothing to do with any lawful unorganized or constitutional militia activity.

The word militia itself is a term used in the supreme law of the land for a very specific purpose. The twisted brained criminals trying to subvert our country and it's laws are the ones who have demonized the word militia using their stranglehold on the media, and now their web presence that claims some kind of officialdom. MIAC is just another propaganda machine. They are a centralized information (propaganda) clearing house for law enforcement where the feds and others can incite hatred by the cops for anyone they want to be hated.

They are doing it in the report above.

In 1995 it was the FBI that had the cops in Roundup Montana all paranoid. They had told the cops that Leroy Schweitzer, the cousin of the current Governor, Brian Schweitzer, was going to send his "freemen" to kidnap a judge and hang him while video taping in order to intimidate the cops. That was all a big lie, and when the Montana Departement of Justice saw the situation all the charges went away about that roundup incident. The FEDS were responsible for the incident.

But you see, Leroy Schweitzer had real evidence of the financial fraud in the Federal Reserve and the Uniform Commercial Code and the feds had to shut him up. Check the record of his trial in Billings federal district court. See the part about the deputy comptroller of the currency and his testimony.

By and large the federal agencies are drunk with power. They are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

They are the cause of the lack of safety in our communities. They started the Weaver incident by trying to recruit Randy Weaver and make him into a snitch inside the Arian Nation camp in Hayden Lake Idaho. He refused and from that point on they were trying to take him out. They are murderers who kill under the color of law. They did the same thing in Waco Texas. They could have arrested David Corresh any day of the week when he went for his daily walk. Instead they had to have a raid and kill a bunch of people.

Are they getting ready to do it again? By the looks of the MIAC report above the answer is yes. Is the local sheriff, Daryl R. Anderson, reading these kinds of reports and swallowing this propaganda?

He must be. What else could explain his denial of my permit based on what he said in the paper? He said "past criminal history" and "connections with anti-government groups".

How does that add up to peace and good order in our community? If the sheriff believes this kind of propaganda, when is he going to raid people like me and you and try to lay some trumped up charge on us, like they did in Roundup. They had to really hunt to find something to charge me with. It was something like "misprision of felony". You know, I have never been able to understand how that would apply. I had not heard about any plans of anyone to do anything unlawful when I visited the Leroy Schweitzer. All I heard from Leroy was the evidence of the fraud of the Federal Reserve and how Montana history figured into that.

Here we have a real problem. The Sheriff is the legitimate and constitutional protector of peace and good order in any county or community. When the Sheriff refuses to obey the law, then peace and good order are diminished. When the public sees the sheriff breaking the law, they begin to see the community as less safe. When the sheriff uses his office to abuse law abiding citizens in the newspaper, and the county commissioner joins right in and pats him on the back, then the community is much less safe to live in.

Remember the broad brush. Now if you stand up for freedom, and law and order, and the Constitution and less government you are "militia" and lumped together with "criminals". How does it feel? It's something I have been experiencing for two decades.

It's no wonder that a few people under great pressure, who are less informed and weak, eventually lose control and do stupid things. I have always advocated political solutions, lawful solutions, legislative solutions.

But when the law officers are corrupt and won't obey the law, and when there is no real recourse or justice in the courts, and when people are losing their jobs, and being pressed on every side by a totally out of control federal monster, it's no wonder, and we will see people lose it, and do stupid things.

Just remember who is the real cause and remember that you heard it from me first.

If the very officers who are sworn to uphold and enforce the law, refuse to obey it themselves, and try to use their authority to perpetuate a power base founded on unlawful activity, and if they eventually try to demonize law abiding local citizens for taking a stand for freedom, then you will know I am speaking the truth.
